These cookies are so delicious! The cookie itself is buttery and awesome, and the jelly is chewy and ridiculously sweet. When I bake them I don’t put them together in trios. They’re huge if you do. The only thing to remember if you bake them all separately is that their baking time is slightly shorter. My favorite jams/preserves to use are raspberry, boysenberry, and apricot. Solo filling works well too, but I personally prefer jam.
